This split straight mandrel can be used with strips of emery paper 11/16" (17.5mm) tall, with a flexible shaft tool. Emery paper should be cut in strips, slotted into the mandrel, and wound around itself. Overall length is 2.37" (60.2 mm). Standard 3/32" (2.3mm) shank. Made of nickle plated steel.
